Matheus Gomes do Nascimento

I started my career in 2012 working with IBM Mainframe systems for major Brazilian banks, building expertise in mission-critical environments and mastering technologies like IBM MQ, CICS, Integration Bus, REXX, and JCL. Over more than a decade, I’ve ensured the stability and performance of complex infrastructures in the financial sector and at global technology companies.

Currently, I work at IBM as a System Management Specialist (Mainframe), where I focus on high availability, automation, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems. My role is to keep critical infrastructures secure, reliable, and efficient — the backbone of large-scale operations.

At the same time, I’m also a co-founder and entrepreneur, leading a company specialized in no-code automation, generative AI, chatbots, and AI agents. I design and deliver intelligent solutions that help businesses scale faster, reduce costs, and unlock new opportunities with cutting-edge technology. My expertise in automation spans from legacy modernization to next-gen AI-driven workflows, bridging the gap between traditional systems and future-ready innovation.

What drives me is the ability to combine the discipline and robustness of mainframe environments with the flexibility and creativity of AI and no-code platforms. This unique mix allows me to deliver solutions that are not only technically strong, but also simple, scalable, and transformative.
